Paxton AquaCats (SeaPerch)

Paxton students are involved in developing underwater robotics, which develops engineering skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork on a global stage. Our students get the opportunity to work with some of the most up-to-date robotics in the field. Come check out what AquaCats has for YOU!

Our SeaPerch team has been very competitive over recent years, and this year has qualified to compete in SeaPerch International Competition at the University of Maryland! This is an incredible opportunity for our students.

If you would like to contribute to aid our students in this endeavor, please email Mrs. Heather Stewart at stewarth@walton.k12.fl.us.

Thank you for supporting the AquaCats...we know they will make us proud!

Our SeaPerch team worked together to provide a fun-filled STEM Day here at school, giving kids a hands-on experience with underwater robotics and science activities! Through exciting challenges and teamwork, students explored the world of STEM in a creative and engaging way. It was a day full of learning, laughter, and inspiration - empowering the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers in our community!

AquaCats also served locally in the community at a local Easter Egg Hunt Community Event hosted by Cancer Freeze. AquaCats students helped young children work with Sphero Robots to create fun Easter Art! The kids had a great time learning about robotics and getting to know our students.
